The name of George Clooney has been used by a couple of people accused of having created a fashion brand non-existent and not authorized by the plaintiff.
The two people, in fact, they even organized, with counterfeit goods, a fashion collection that was supposed to launch the new brand "George Clooney" on the Italian market.
Those individuals have called several magazines to publicize the birth and the event in Milan and made to believe not only that you have permission by the plaintiff that, instead, it was quite dark, but also that would intervene personally in the parade that had organized for April 20.
Informed of what happened, only later, the American actor has asked the his lawyer to lodge a complaint to the Italian prosecutor.
